This is correct. You would obtain a primary alcohol.

Problem 1) start with benzaldehyde, add propyl grignard, oxidize to give a ketone, then treat with methyl grignard. [also works if you switch the order of grignard reagents]
Problem 2) start with ethanal, add phenyl grignard, oxidize, add isopropyl grignard. Also works if you switch order of Grignards.
