Glad you found it enjoyable Mickey! Truth be told I much prefer feral cats to house cats!

It’s well-known around the San Diego community that I possess a strong distaste for cats. However, this is HILARIOUS, not to mention helpful, and now I will forever view cats as resonating organic meowlecules. I am deathly allergic to cats, which only explains a small portion of the burning anguish towards cats that resides within my soul, or what’s left of it after being exposed to these unstable cat-alyzed ass-acids. You have given my life a new perspective on not only cats, but incomprehensible orgo too! My C-C (Cat to Chemistry) Bond has been made. Thanks, science friend! :)

I really appreciate the work that is here. I learned a lot.

I don’t remember anything about Newman (except Paul) or what all these angles mean, but I like the cat pictures!

Organic chemistry is made of cats. It's true. Or at least they can be used to illustrate some basic chemistry principles. […]

If you were going from a Newman of ethane to doing a Newman of propane, you’d replace one of the H atoms of ethane with a CH3. Does that help?

So it doesn’t matter how many carbons are in a chain, they ultimately look the same, right? If I were comparing ethane to propane, for example, I wouldn’t have to add in additional hydrogens or anything?
